Delivery date and time
Customers must complete the order placement and payment process before 2:00 pm on the day of ordering to enjoy the next day delivery service. Otherwise, delivery will be postponed to the day after tomorrow.
In addition, customers must select a delivery or pick-up date when making payment. Customers can choose delivery on any day within a month after the order is placed. Delivery time is generally from 2 pm to 6 pm. If you have special delivery time, please list it in the remarks.
Customers who require same-day delivery are welcome to WhatsApp 6364-1728 for special arrangements.

If red rain, black rain or Typhoon No. 8 is hoisted, all Tianyuan Food delivery and customer service will be suspended. This means your order may be delayed and rescheduled.
If the delivery of your order is affected, we will contact you via WhatsApp.
2. If the delivery staff fails to contact the customer before delivery
If the delivery staff fails to contact the customer after 15 minutes , the product will be placed at the customer's door and photos will be taken for verification.
*For housing estates/buildings without free parking, guests are required to pay downstairs.
* Tenement buildings/buildings without elevators must be settled downstairs.
*Addresses that are not directly accessible by village houses and trucks can only be delivered at the village entrance or parking lot.
